Karen joined Google 3 years ago. She is specialized in Search Advertising, with a specific focus on Google’s automated advertising solutions. She works with large brands and agencies to help them make the transition to feed based advertising in combination with smart bidding solutions. Next to that, she advises clients on how to adapt their digital assets strategy in a world where digital assistants are becoming more important. Consumers increasingly expect to be able to interact with a brand through the use of voice but building conversational interfaces is challenging and brings with it a whole new set of UX principles.
