Being both PO for tui.nl and team lead Digital Analytics gives me a powerful mix of responsibilities. Because of this it can’t be no surprise I have a strong focus on data driven conversion optimisation and personalisation. Every day I ask myself the question: how can we make it easier for our customers to find the perfect holiday and how can we use data and personalisation to achieve this goal.
