KLM is making online advertising smart (again)

Artificial Intelligence, a buzzword within digital advertising, but by the E-acquisition team from KLM transformed into a tangible asset. The goal was building a statistical model, which analyzes customer behavior and characteristics, and predicts the likelihood of converting. The output of the model is successfully used to optimize the online advertising strategy across different online marketing channels.
