As a customer driven marketeer I can help you translate the customer needs into real business value. I always work from an outside in approach in a way it fits within the organizational needs. Experienced in digital, service design thinking and proposition development.

In general It provides me energy to improve services, designs, products, processes which I can guide from A to Z: from idea, to elaboration, to implementation and to evaluation. Experienced in Agile/Scrum.

As a teamlead I am strongly focussed on people management. I invest in people and create a save and open setting so there is a base of trust. I drive strongly on human interaction, I am result driven and creative. I invest a lot of my energy into my team and I am willing to inspire people so they can grow.

With 18 years experience of working in complex agile/scrum corporate environments in different roles such as Teamlead, Chapter Lead, Product Owner, Customer Journey Expert and Marketeer. I have worked at ING Bank, APG, ABN AMRO Bank and Sanoma Media.

It’s my purpose to help you making your business stronger and more relevant towards (potential) customers, by bringing the customer in.

Happily Married with my wife Ieke. We have three sons, Teun (2009), Quirijn (2011) en Hugo (2013).
