Amsterdam-based growth leaders launch The Growth Syndicate with global ambition to revolutionize B2B software growth.

Amsterdam, March 12th 2024 – Three seasoned growth leaders from the Amsterdam tech scene have launched The Growth Syndicate, a new initiative that aims to become the go-to marketing & growth brand for B2B companies looking to scale sustainably.
The current landscape for b2b software companies is more competitive than ever. Companies are under immense pressure to grow but are struggling to perform in increasingly crowded markets. Traditional growth channels are yielding diminishing returns and companies are experiencing a shortage of talent, especially when it comes to growth leaders. Meanwhile, traditional agencies and consultancies are being shunned by founders who want to build their own scalable, sustainable growth capabilities in-house.
For these reasons, Ferdinand Goetzen, Clément Dumont and Joliene van Grieken are launching The Growth Syndicate in a bid to do things differently. Through their “growth-as-a-service” offering, they plan to join companies on an interim basis to help them define and implement a clear and holistic growth strategy. Most notably, they commit to making themselves obsolete within 9 months once a strong foundation has been built, helping companies find and train the right growth talent to take their plans forward.
With The Growth Syndicate, the 3 founders are pooling a wealth of experience, having supported over 30 companies, from bootstrapped to series C, and having enabled several notable Dutch exits, including Recruitee, 3D Hubs, Impraise and Reveall.
But their growth-as-a-service is just one part of a bigger ambition. “We’re not just another agency or consultancy. Our goal is to build the world’s leading growth brand and support b2b founders and professionals through services, content, community and even products” says Ferdinand Goetzen.
