- Content management and creation, mainly within the Public Health & Care domain.
- Webcare: monitoring and responding to public inquiries via social media using Coosto.
- Advising communication colleagues on the use of social media and webcare.
- Developing channels and content formats, including Instagram Reels in collaboration with the image editing team.
- Conducting online analyses of current social issues such as COVID-19 and Mpox.

Online Contentspecialist

- Content management and creation for various corporate communication channels, both internal and external: including Zaanstad.nl, intranet, social media, and online newsletters.
- First point of contact for online communication requests from other departments, along with fellow editorial colleagues.
- Zaanstad monitors what is happening online in and about Zaanstad through OBI4wan. We reported this daily in a newsletter to the rest of the organization.
- Webcare: responding to residents' comments and questions via social media.
- Social advertising: campaign management and advice.
- Managing the editorial mailbox.

Part of my hours were spent working for the Public Space domain. The focus was on the management and further development of buitengewoon.zaanstad.nl. This site provides information to Zaanstad's residents about everything related to public space.

- Coordination and creation of online and offline communication: including parent portal messages, email newsletters, job advertisements, flyers, and posters.
- Advisory partner for locations and teams at the HQ.
- Role in various multidisciplinary projects, including communication during the acquisition process of 'Hazeltje by CompaNanny', rate communication and labor market communication.

Hungry.nl

Online Marketing Specialist

My main tasks: social media, e-mail, display, customer care management, intern supervison, operations management and project management (SEA, Tech and a variety of campaigns).

Hungry.nl was a food ordering platform (desktop, mobile, app) working together with 2500 restaurants across the country. The brand mainly used measurable online channels for their marketing efforts. Unfortunately Hungry.nl didn't have the desired success in The Netherlands. The brand still exists in Denmark (hungry.dk) and Ireland (marvin.ie).

Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist my day-to-day task at this agency consisted of creating, implementing and analysing social media posts and advertisements. I developed content strategies, content calendars, new lines of approach and content formats. I worked closely with the creative team, graphic designers, account managers and the rest of the social media team. I was responsible for the social strategy of the following brands: Phone House, dixons, iCentre, Optie1 and Typhone.nl. De creatieve directie is one of industry leaders in direct marketing in The Netherlands.

Social Media Agent (KLM)

As a Social Media Agent I solved and answered any queries and questions coming from customers worldwide about the products offered by KLM and Flying Blue. Main contact channels were Facebook and LinkedIn. KLM is known for their excellent webcare on social media.
