- Managed the central SEO team of 4 FTE.
- Lead the implementation of agile marketing in the digital team based on the SCRUM methodology. Leveraging wrike.com as task based software. Introduced bi-weekly sprints, daily standups and eventually a much more efficient working team.
- Lead the implementation of data visualization software (DOMO) for the marketing department. Overseeing implementation of numerous data sources, creating our own datalake and ETL processes. Reduced European reporting efforts by 100's of hours monthly(!)
- Product owner of the new centralized European product hierarchy. With SEO in the lead we aligned our product assortment with market demand across 7 business units in just as many languages. Stakeholders included merchandising, IT en marketing. Reporting directly to business leaders and CMO. The project resulted in better understanding internally of product grouping and double digit traffic growth for SEO.
