I love to dig into user problems and solve them with technology. I can create, scale and optimize products from a diverse set of industries. To accomplish this, I focus on OKRs, build amazing teams and quickly adapt to new insights.
I have enjoyed many positions in my career in growth marketing, digital product strategy and user experience design. These experiences have taught me the following:

Outside of work, I sit on the board of advisors for Dyme, an application commited to improving the management of all your recurring expenses; I write about Metanet, a new data protocol that allows the control of data to shift back into the hands of the owner, creating a data commodity market; and I'm an avid wavesurfer.

Designed a Research-based Infoproducts platform on WordPress in such a way that it would maximize SEO scoring and led users to the right information within 2 minutes using a quiz.

Worked with early-stage startups from Netherlands, Germany and Indonesia. I helped them create an iterative design process, using design frameworks and analytics best practices.

Led the design and development of two E-commerce stores with a custom product configurator on Shopify Plus. For the launch I designed a user friendly referral tool that made almost €300k revenue in the first quarter after launch.

Designed an experience map around the sales journey of corporate clients identifying ways to qualify leads quicker and designing assets to shorten the sales cycle.
Next to our service offering we were an incubator where I was involved in building 2 corporate ventures. I ran a variety of workshops, designed solutions and managed marketing and development teams.
