KLM Royal Dutch Airlines

Program manager Digital transformation

As a program manager she developed a digital strategy with innovative and creative digital solutions to improve efficiency, services, operations and the total employee experience. This strategy was translated to a strategic and tactical roadmap, product visions & viable features so it could be ‘injected’ into the existing product teams to provide a totally integrated and effective solution.
Next to this overall program role, she also worked as an interim UX team lead and was part of the change team where she developed and implemented a digital transformation strategy within the HR department of KLM.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines

Product Owner MyKLM (HR)

She designed and developed a transversal digital solution for all KLM employees (33.000) to find information faster, work more efficient with relevant tooling and services. She managed 3 different product teams.

PON bicycle group/UNION

E commerce /marketing manager

At Union she was appointed to realize the e-commerce environment and the (re) launch of Union
in the Netherlands. she was responsible for the development and organization of the entire e-
commerce environment, including the agency and solution selection, the concept development
and the development of the business case. Through an agile implementation this complete
online environment was realized within a period of 6 months. Besides creating this web shop,
she was responsible for repositioning and (on and offline) marketing, public relations and
advertising.

Ahold Delhaize/AH to go

Digital marketing & loyalty manager

At AH to go she developed and launched the brand new loyalty mobile app. she was responsible for the strategy, concept/content development and technical and organizational implementation in close cooperation with various agencies, the suppliers and the Ahold IT team. She also developed and executed the social strategy, the site, the intranet and the overall marketing campaign both off and online for the launch of the app.

Heineken International

Senior Functional consultant

At Heineken she advised on various campaigns for Heineken, Sol and Desperados. She was
responsible for the new Heineken.com (with a roll-out to 89 countries) in collaboration with the
marketing teams and various agencies. She also advised on the corporate social strategy of
Heineken and a special innovation project called Cooler cooler, creating a prototype for an
interactive fridge.
