Als onafhankelijk, allround (T-shaped) marketeer en digital specialist help ik organisaties met het verbeteren van hun digital performance en begeleid ik organisaties met trajecten op het gebied van digitalisering en digitale transities.
Ik heb veel ervaring met digitale marketing/sales/service, verbeteren/digitaliseren van processen en klantreizen en (door)ontwikkeling van digitale klantinteractiekanalen (websites, platformen, portals, applicaties, etc.). Mijn kracht ik daarbij dat ik goed weet hoe een goed digitaal product maakt en hoe je dat op een succesvolle wijze in de markt zet.
