• Responsible for the strategy, content publishing calendar and development backlog of www.ziggo.nl/entertainment.
• The goal of this content marketing platform was to maximize the lifetime value of Ziggo customers by publishing hero, hub and hygiene content about movies & series, sports, and music. E.g. Game of Thrones, Formula 1, Ajax and the Ziggo Dome.
• Leading a team of developers, designers, content editors and a CRO expert (10 Fte) that develops technical capabilities, publishes a monthly newsletter for 1.7 million customers, and continuously optimizes the platform through A/B testing and SEO.
